Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI, having developed the world's largest clinical frontier model supporting nearly 50 million patients annually across 2,000+ medical centers globally. Since 2016, the company has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions. The AI Data Development Group serves as the data analytics core within Aidoc's AI algorithms development process. This role focuses on four main areas: mining optimal data for datasets based on deep understanding of medical data and workflows; evaluating algorithm performance in real-world environments; facilitating data-driven product decisions through in-depth analysis; and managing the technical project management of dataset development. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of dataset development projects from ideation to delivery, managing data facilitation across teams, detecting errors and anomalies in data, developing optimal data pipelines, and supporting data-driven product decisions. You will map bottlenecks in existing processes and lead development of tools and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and decision-making. The role requires continuously assessing project risks, developing control and review processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Required qualifications include a B.Sc. in Engineering or Exact Science (M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred), 1-3 years of hands-on data analysis experience, extensive proficiency with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) and SQL, and ability to visualize complex data and present insights to management. Experience with analytics engineering tools (DBT, Airflow), machine learning algorithms, and AI development is advantageous. The role demands strong communication skills, proven leadership abilities, problem-solving orientation, and passion for the medical field. Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew is required.
