As a Regional Customer Success Manager focused on the Automotive vertical, you will own the success and health of a portfolio of Podium's customers. You will develop strategies to increase engagement, drive product adoption, and mitigate churn. Your primary responsibilities include serving as the main post-sales point of contact for small business customers, leveraging deep product and industry knowledge to maximize adoption and utilization of Podium's Interaction Management platform.
Key responsibilities: manage customer relationships throughout their Podium journey; conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; proactively engage during renewal cycles to secure retention; act as the primary escalation point for customer issues; develop strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor; relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
You should have at least 1+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Services Manager), preferably in software or SaaS. Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation platforms) with hands-on real-world application experience is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be technically adept, able to grasp complex software concepts quickly, and customer-centric in mindset.
Desirable qualifications include experience with customer success platforms and tools, familiarity with CRM and customer support software, knowledge of online reputation management, and a growth-oriented approach to AI. The role requires 35-40% travel.
