Spekit is a revenue enablement platform recognized as a Gartner 2025 Visionary, building AI-first tools that deliver context-aware coaching and content to sales teams. The company has raised $60M+ and serves customers including Southwest Airlines, Justworks, and Equifax.
You'll join the Customer Success team as an AI Content Specialist at a pivotal moment. The role is being reimagined around AI-assisted workflows rather than manual content migration. Your core responsibility is to leverage AI agents and LLMs to accelerate customer implementations—scraping websites, converting documents, auditing content libraries, and building structured Spekit organizations at scale—while maintaining rigorous quality control.
Key responsibilities:
**AI-Driven Content Building:** Use AI agents and LLM workflows to import playbooks, generate topic structures, and build Spekit libraries from customer source material. Deploy Spekit's AI Content Assistant to convert documents into structured, platform-native content. Run AI-assisted audits of existing content libraries to identify what to keep, transform, or retire. Handle manual imports (Google Drive, SharePoint) where automation isn't yet available.
**Editorial & Quality Control:** Review and refine AI-generated content with a sharp editorial eye. Rewrite and elevate copy for clarity, conciseness, and usefulness. Maintain high standards—shipping "actually good" work, not just "good enough."
**Design & Visual Structure:** Apply design sensibility to every org you build—thoughtful hierarchy, clean formatting, logical flow, visual consistency. Improve AI-generated visual outputs to meet quality standards. Contribute to reusable templates and frameworks.
**Customer & Team Collaboration:** Partner with CSMs and Solutions Engineers to scope customer needs before building. Occasionally interact directly with customers to clarify requirements and walk through deliverables. Contribute to internal content standards and shared asset libraries.
Success milestones: In 60 days, you'll have supported multiple implementations and demonstrated fluency with Spekit's toolchain. Within six months, you'll run content builds independently and contribute to template development. Within a year, you'll help shape how the company builds content, identifying where AI can do more and defining quality standards.
**Requirements:**
Must-Haves:
- Strong written English: ability to read dense documents, extract what matters, and rewrite into clear, useful content. Immediate recognition of AI-generated poor quality and ability to fix it.
- Strong verbal English: comfortable communicating with customers via Zoom calls to gather feedback and iterate.
- Genuine design eye: notice formatting issues, hierarchy problems, and readability obstacles; fix without prompting.
- Hands-on comfort with AI tools: already use LLMs in daily work; think about optimizing outputs, not just generating them.
- Organized and self-directed: manage multiple customer projects simultaneously without dropping threads.
- Fast learner: pick up new tools, platforms, and workflows quickly.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with sales enablement, customer success, or SaaS environments.
- Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows.
- Background in content design, instructional design, UX writing, or editorial work.
- Exposure to Notion, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar content ecosystems.
- Basic comfort with automation concepts.
This is an early-career to mid-level role. The company prioritizes taste, curiosity, and learning ability over years of experience. Ideal candidates have experimented with AI tools, possess strong editorial instincts, and take pride in output quality.
