Hippocratic AI is seeking an AI Clinical Solutions Specialist to serve as the clinical expert and patient advocate for AI agent deployments in healthcare. In this role, you will ensure that AI agents are clinically safe, operationally efficient, and deliver measurable value to patients and healthcare organizations.
You will own clinical validation and safety protocols before deployment, working to ensure agents provide appropriate responses and meet rigorous safety standards. You'll drive clinician adoption and confidence by helping healthcare providers understand and trust AI solutions, tracking adoption metrics and ensuring they exceed targets. You'll define and measure patient impact through care access improvements, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency gains.
You'll identify new use cases and workflows where AI can transform care delivery, building a clinical innovation pipeline. Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role—you'll align clinical, technical, and business teams around safety, outcomes, and patient-centered design principles.
Must-haves include an active, unrestricted nursing license (RN), clinical experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings, and strong patient communication skills. You need excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex medical and AI concepts to both clinical and lay audiences. Prior hands-on experience with LLMs—including prompting, text/voice interaction, or conversational AI—is required. You must demonstrate commitment to safety and ethics, with familiarity in HIPAA/PHI handling and privacy best practices.
Nice-to-haves include clinical informatics experience, quality/safety or clinical education background, knowledge of clinical guidelines and patient-education best practices, and domain expertise in clinical and care management workflows.
