Tanium is seeking an AI Business Analyst to support its Corporate AI Program. This is a hands-on role focused on turning AI ideas into measurable, working solutions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and evaluate AI tools and solutions for business fit
- Analyze processes and data to inform AI capability development and rollout
- Own operational pillars including intake management and outcome metrics
- Provide the Director and team with evidence-based insights on program performance
- Work collaboratively with AI engineers, enablement leads, and business stakeholders as a producer rather than a manager
- Transform ambiguity into clear, actionable work through rigorous analysis
You will report to the Director of the Corporate AI Program, who owns overall strategy and orchestration. Your role is to support that strategy with deep analysis and defined operational responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years in business analysis, technical analysis, product analysis, or similar roles translating business needs into defined work
- Hands-on experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
- Experience managing intake, demand, or backlog for a team
- Demonstrated ability to define and track metrics or KPIs
- Comfort evaluating and learning new tools quickly
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and ability to assess their fit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or relevant certification (CBAP/CCBA, PMP)
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role requiring minimum three days per week in one of five office locations: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.
