Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 / annual

As an Agent Strategy Manager, you will be a founding member of Decagon's Agent Strategy team, shaping how customers deploy and extract value from the platform. This role blends customer relationship management with hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor
- Co-piloting customer deployments from initial scoping through full adoption and value realization
- Developing deep expertise in product features, AI agent best practices, and industry context
- Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, from individual contributors to C-suite executives
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to identify technical improvements and influence the roadmap based on customer feedback
- Supporting new initiatives that strengthen the Agent Strategy function
You bring 4+ years of customer-facing experience in technical B2B SaaS roles, with proven success managing large customers and driving multi-stakeholder projects. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of GTM sales processes. Technical acumen and passion for agent-building are essential; coding skills are not required.
Ideal candidates have familiarity with agentic AI deployments in large organizations, knowledge of customer support systems and best practices, experience in high-growth startups, and a degree in STEM or related field.
