As Affiliates Manager at Xero, you will own the strategy and day-to-day management of the company's global affiliate channel across both Xero and Melio brands. You'll manage publisher relationships end-to-end and design campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, optimizing for lifetime value and first-time payers. Managing a multi-million dollar channel across Impact and PartnerStack platforms, you'll be accountable for measurable returns and help scale Xero's affiliate program from strong execution to repeatable, AI-powered growth.
You'll work within Xero's performance marketing function alongside a fellow Affiliates Manager in Sydney who specializes in publisher relationships. Together you'll share channel ownership, combining measurement and technical expertise with partner relationship skills. You'll collaborate with product, data science, engineering, brand teams, and external affiliate agencies to execute campaigns.

The role is based in Australia or New Zealand near one of Xero's offices, with hybrid flexibility mixing office time with remote work. Xero is a publicly listed, global SaaS company.
