Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. The platform aggregated $21B in trading volume in 2025 and is positioned as an alternative news source reflecting collective expectations about future events.
As Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will own the operational core of Polymarket's affiliate channel and drive its growth. Your responsibilities include standing up new affiliate partners, creating and managing promotional codes, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining tracking systems and dashboards that clearly report channel performance.
You will spend significant time prospecting for new affiliates across multiple channels including SEO, media buying, creator/influencer partnerships, and demand-side platforms (DSPs). You'll work directly with partners to onboard them onto the platform and manage their day-to-day relationships.
This is a hands-on role requiring deep familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms like Impact and AppsFlyer. You'll manage promo codes, handle affiliate payments end-to-end, deliver daily performance reporting, and maintain internal dashboards. A critical aspect of the role is enforcing compliance across all affiliate activity—prediction markets operate in a regulated space, and tracking compliance is integral to the position, not secondary.
You should be a self-starter comfortable working independently, with 1–2 years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in sports betting, real-money gaming, finance, tech, or politics. Strong knowledge of sports and prediction markets is essential. You'll need hands-on experience with Impact and AppsFlyer (including P360 and OneLinks), proficiency with linking and tracking technology, and familiarity with the full range of affiliate channels. An existing book of affiliate relationships you can bring to the platform is a plus.
