Lendable is a UK fintech unicorn (700+ employees, profitable since 2017, backed by Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs) rebuilding consumer finance products—loans, credit cards, and car finance—with technology that gets money to customers in minutes instead of days. The company is expanding into the US and undergoing a major rebrand under the Zable brand, with significant new D2C marketing investment and a marketing function being built out under a newly-appointed CMO.
You will join a newly-formed Growth Partnerships team as an Affiliate & Influencer Acquisition Executive, reporting to a Head of Growth Partnerships. Your core mission is sourcing and signing brand-new affiliate and influencer partners—not managing existing ones. This is an acquisition-first role where you'll own the full new-partner funnel end-to-end: mapping affiliates and influencers not yet in the portfolio, running outbound prospecting and pitching, and negotiating CPA or fixed-fee deals structured to deliver measurable, incremental customer acquisition.
You will spend significant time prospecting and pitching new partners alongside modeling payback economics. Your responsibilities include:
**New Partner Acquisition:** Proactively map the affiliate and influencer landscape to identify incremental customer-acquisition channels. Run outbound outreach campaigns, build and work a pipeline of prospective partners, negotiate and close commercial deals (primarily CPA or fixed-fee structures), and own onboarding and activation from signed deal through first live campaign.
**Commercial & Performance:** Negotiate commercial terms prioritizing CPA and fixed-fee structures tied to genuine incremental acquisition. Own unit economics of every live partnership—track CAC by channel and partner against LTV, flag underperformance early, and maintain a channel-economics view comparing partnership spend against other acquisition channels. Manage affiliate network/platform relationships (tracking, reconciliation, payout accuracy).
**Activation:** Run sponsorship and partnership activations end-to-end (brief, plan, ship, measure). Manage day-to-day partner communications, planning, and escalations. Coordinate across creative, growth, lifecycle, and legal teams.
**Affiliate Management:** Own the affiliate relationship from first contact as the trusted operator. Manage budgets and timelines across activations. Spot expansion opportunities based on performance data.
**Performance & Optimization:** Track partnership performance against targets (CPA, CAC, LTV, ROI, Rev Share payout). Build playbooks and tooling to scale the function, including standard commercial terms by partner type. Use AI to scale research, brief-writing, and reporting.
**Cross-functional:** Partner with creative on activation assets, finance and legal on contracts and commission reconciliation, and report partnership performance to leadership with supporting numbers.
The company offers hybrid working (three days in-office weekly), private health cover, retirement savings plans, employee referral bonuses, complimentary lunches on in-office days, and sustainable commuting schemes.
