ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant based in Canberra to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging sales and technical implementation. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives, then conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and pain points to develop customized solutions.
Key responsibilities include creating compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that effectively communicate solution value to clients. You will serve as a strategic advisor, offering insights, best practices, and recommendations tailored to each client's unique challenges. You'll conduct product demonstrations, address client questions and concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and project management to ensure smooth solution implementation.
Throughout the project lifecycle, you will provide ongoing support and assistance to clients. You are expected to stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your expertise. You will also contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration with peers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical sales, or related role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Proven expertise in analyzing complex business requirements and designing innovative solutions
- Strong technical acumen with ability to understand and explain technical concepts effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messaging to various stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience building and nurturing client relationships
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic, creative thinking
- Experience working with Federal Government, Public Sector, Defence, and Intelligence
- Baseline security clearance or higher preferred
