Rogo is an enterprise AI platform transforming financial services by empowering investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI-driven analytics and workflow optimization. The company has achieved strong product-market fit with leading financial institutions and is scaling rapidly with backing from world-class investors.
As an Advisory member in Corporate Development, you will lead client engagements across the full sales cycle—from pre-sale discovery through upsell—building consultative relationships with bankers and investors at top financial institutions. Your role bridges the gap between Rogo's technical capabilities and the real-world impact on financial workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with bankers and investors at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate how Rogo's AI solutions address them
- Establishing credibility as an expert in financial use cases (public company research, M&A advisory, diligence workflows)
- Leading tailored product demonstrations that validate value and showcase relevant features for each prospect's specific needs
- Partnering with marketing to develop content resonating with bankers and investors across different practice areas
- Acting as the "Voice of the Customer," synthesizing feedback from a financial services lens to inform sales strategy and product development
- Conducting competitive and customer research to support market positioning
You bring 3+ years of corporate development, corporate strategy, or business development experience at large-scale corporations, with exposure to M&A, partnerships, or strategic investments. You have executive-level presence, outstanding presentation skills (both impromptu and formal), and the ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers. You're curious about AI's potential in financial services and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, are ambitious and autonomous, and find joy in solving complex problems at the intersection of AI, technology, and finance. You're collaborative, organized, and genuinely excited about the opportunity to work on one of the most consequential problems in financial technology.
