Ironclad is a leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. The Adoption Strategist is a strategic customer-facing role responsible for accelerating customer adoption, increasing user engagement, and maximizing business value of Ironclad investments for enterprise and strategic accounts. You will lead customers from presales through foundational adoption, working cross-functionally with Customer Value, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams. Your core responsibilities include partnering with executive stakeholders to define business objectives and adoption strategies; developing and executing adoption roadmaps that accelerate user engagement and business value realization; translating Ironclad's AI capabilities into language and delivery plans that resonate with executives; and ensuring implementation and AI configuration work supports long-term adoption paths. You will own project execution end-to-end, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, identifying and escalating risks, and maintaining stakeholder alignment. You'll manage escalations with confidence, reset expectations, realign stakeholders, and resolve scope conflicts independently. You'll monitor adoption metrics, customer health, and business outcomes, recommending continuous improvements based on data and feedback. You'll also contribute to improving delivery methodology, scoping playbooks, and adoption frameworks that scale the function's effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Enterprise SaaS adoption. You should have experience leading enterprise technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives, strong understanding of SaaS platforms and AI technologies, demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and experience using adoption metrics to measure customer success. You'll work with large enterprise customers and executive leadership teams, communicating complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
