ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has raised $781M in funding with a $22B valuation. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, from startups to enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. ElevenLabs operates three main platforms: ElevenAgents (for deploying voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (for generating and editing speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (providing access to AI audio foundational models).
This is a newly created Adoption Strategist role for the ANZ region, sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise. The role is expected to evolve over time, and the company seeks someone excited to build as the scope develops.
You will design and run programs—onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks—that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use cases and expand into new ones. All programs must scale across a high-volume customer book rather than be customized to individual accounts. You'll develop deep product fluency across the entire ElevenLabs platform, particularly ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, positioning yourself as the most credible voice on product usage without owning accounts or technical implementation directly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value
- Developing deep product expertise across ElevenLabs platforms, staying current with new product releases
- Auditing customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to identify gaps and share recommendations
- Tracking and driving adoption metrics in partnership with Revenue Operations, developing data-driven strategies and playbooks
- Delivering targeted adoption campaigns including regional live workshops and webinars
- Engaging with implementation partners and internal teams (Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Engineering) to unify adoption strategy
- Supporting leadership on high-impact initiatives for the local GTM team and global results
The company culture emphasizes high-velocity execution, impact over job titles, AI-first thinking, excellence, and a global team prioritizing talent over location. Benefits include an innovative culture, growth paths, annual professional development stipend, annual social travel stipend, annual company offsite, and monthly co-working stipend if not near a main hub.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth, or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch customer book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- Track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content
- Systems thinker with creativity: constantly asking "how do we scale or automate this," with ingrained experience building automations and workflows using AI tools
- Extremely analytical: identifies trends easily, uses them to close gaps and surface opportunities, standardizes best practices, and identifies new data points that would uncover insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale in mid-market or commercial segments
- Fluent in English
