Twin Health is building the first AI Digital Twin platform focused exclusively on metabolic health, helping people prevent and manage type 2 diabetes and obesity. The company has raised over $100 million from top-tier VCs including Sequoia, Sofina, and Temasek, and is scaling rapidly across the US and globally. You will be hired as Twin Health's first Active Member Marketing Manager to build a comprehensive lifecycle engagement program for existing members. Currently, nearly all member communications are either product-triggered notifications or care-team messages. This role owns the strategy and execution of all proactive, non-clinical member communications: email, SMS, in-app messaging, push campaigns, direct mail testing, member webinars, and new channel exploration. Key responsibilities include: **Strategy & Program Ownership:** Map the member journey to design sustained engagement and winback campaigns for lapsed members. Own the annual and quarterly engagement roadmap. Build segmentation models based on member behavior, sensor data, app engagement, care team interaction, and clinical trajectory. Govern the member communication calendar across marketing, care, product, and clinical teams to ensure a coherent member experience. **Integration & Operations:** Inventory existing touchpoints and maintain as source of truth. Partner with Care Delivery and Clinical leadership to define boundaries between marketing and clinical communications. Design suppression, frequency capping, and quiet-hours logic across channels. Work with Product on campaign-based push and in-app messaging. Account for operational realities including eligibility files, employer/health plan rules, benefits calendars, and co-branding constraints. **Execution & Analysis:** Build and ship campaigns end-to-end in Braze, including audience logic, Canvas and journey design, content, QA, and launch. Write copy and manage design, clinical, and legal reviews. Develop the Braze instance including event taxonomy, template library, preference center, and data contracts with Snowflake. Stand up a formal testing program for subject lines, creative, channel mix, cadence, timing, and direct mail pilots. Build dashboards to measure campaign efficacy. Report results to Growth Marketing and leadership regularly. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PHI handling, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and internal clinical review. Success will be measured on member activation speed and onboarding completion, sustained engagement (sensor wear, app usage, care team interaction), retention (reduced attrition), clinical outcomes, and program maturity (documented strategy, healthy deliverability, active test backlog, trusted reporting). **Requirements** Required: - 4–7 years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement marketing, with meaningful time owning programs end-to-end rather than executing someone else's brief - Hands-on Braze expertise: ability to build multi-branch Canvas with behavioral triggers, Liquid personalization, and proper suppression logic without engineering support - Real multi-channel experience including email plus at least one of SMS, push, or in-app - Demonstrated experimentation rigor: design tests with holdouts, understand statistical validity, comfortable reporting null results - Comfort building and defining processes; this program does not exist yet and you will build the first version Strongly Preferred: - Healthcare or digital health experience with working fluency in HIPAA and PHI handling in marketing systems - Direct experience in the point solution ecosystem (digital health, condition management, or benefits vendors distributed through employers, health plans, or health systems); understanding of eligibility-driven populations, client communication approvals, and the difference between enrollment and active member marketing - Experience marketing alongside human care teams or clinical staff - Exposure to offline/physical channels (direct mail, print, member webinars) and measurement approaches
