You will own the end-to-end accounts receivable process for this high-growth organization. This role manages a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely invoice payments and supporting both new and existing customers with AR-related inquiries. Key responsibilities include making collection calls and taking collection actions as needed, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, orders, and channel teams, and supporting the accounting team with month-end close activities. You'll also contribute to special projects aimed at improving AR processes and efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of accounts receivable experience, a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and strong attention to detail. You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
