inDrive is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage financial records and vendor billing operations across LATAM countries. You will process vendor bills in the ZIP P2P system and NetSuite ERP for Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia, ensuring full compliance with regional regulations including Brazil's NFe, NFSe, PIS/COFINS/ISS, and CBS/IBS requirements, as well as e-invoicing and IVA standards in other LATAM countries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing vendor bills in ZIP P2P and NetSuite ERP systems for LATAM operations
- Ensuring billing compliance with Brazil-specific regulations (NFe, NFSe, PIS/COFINS/ISS, CBS/IBS) and other LATAM e-invoicing and IVA requirements
- Verifying transactional accuracy, correct expense categorization, sales tax application, and withholding tax (WHT) deductions
- Managing the AP mailbox and responding to vendor inquiries
- Preparing vendor reconciliations and AP aging reports
- Creating and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements
- Actively participating in audit activities
This role requires strong technical proficiency with accounting systems, deep knowledge of LATAM tax regulations, and the ability to work with international compliance standards. You will be a key contributor to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial decision-making across the region.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, ZIP, and Numeric systems
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
- Deep understanding of LATAM tax regulations, including sales tax and withholding tax (WHT)
- Knowledge of accounting, tax, and e-invoicing compliance legislation
- Experience working with international companies
- Experience with AP systems and expense management systems is a plus
