Global Technology Services is a rapidly expanding organization providing software development and IT services to the entertainment, financial, and logistics sectors, with teams across Latin America, the Philippines, and the United States.
You will own the books end-to-end, from daily transaction entry through month-end close, serving as the person leadership relies on for an accurate, up-to-date financial picture. This is a hands-on role where you will manage AP/AR, run reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and support payroll and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve the finance function itself.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; record and maintain daily financial transactions and journal entries; perform bank and credit card reconciliations; maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks Online.
Accounting & Reporting: Assist with month-end close and financial reporting; prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports; maintain and reconcile the general ledger; identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
Payroll & Compliance: Process or support payroll and payroll reconciliation; assist with sales tax filings and compliance requirements; maintain organized financial documentation for CPA reviews and audits.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and improve financial workflows; help implement better reporting, tracking, and controls; support budgeting and expense tracking.

Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- 2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Strong track record with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new software and adapting to new tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience owning or supporting month-end close
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting)
- Experience in MSP, IT services, or professional services industries
- Exposure to multi-entity accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with leadership and external partners (CPA, auditors)
- Highly organized with a bias toward clean, accurate records
- Proactive ownership and drive for process improvements
