You will work in focused sprints, known for curiosity, bias to action, and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into documented, defensible answers. Requirements: - CPA designation with strong US GAAP knowledge; SEC reporting experience strongly preferred. - Significant accounting experience including public practice background, with demonstrated track record in technical accounting research and documentation of processes and controls. - Strong analytical skills with sound judgment for decision-making based on accurate, timely analysis. - Solid project management instincts: ability to scope ambiguous work, sequence it, and drive to completion independently. - Coachability and adaptability; flexibility to thrive amid change and experimentation in a growing organization. - Genuine team player who collaborates widely, champions best practices, and contributes when needed. - SaaS company experience is an asset. - IPO, S-1/F-1, or public company experience is a plus. - NetSuite experience is a plus.
