You will join the Accounting Team (8 members) as an Accountant, working in full-time capacity on a hybrid basis (up to 3 days per week remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for three legal entities
- Review, code, and post ongoing business transactions in the accounting system
- Oversee expense management using Payhawk, including corporate credit cards, receipts, and reimbursements
- Manage and verify payment runs
- Handle travel expense bookings, payment processing, and account reconciliations
- Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders (employees) and external parties (suppliers, customers) on accounting matters
- Actively contribute to process improvements and internal projects based on your experience and expertise
What We're Looking For:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of professional accounting experience in a dynamic company environment
- Strong proficiency in DATEV, Excel, and MS Office
- Knowledge of input tax, sales tax, and reverse charge mechanisms
- Precise, conscientious work style with high quality standards and proactive approach
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Native-level German language skills; fluent English (written and spoken)
