Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy intelligent systems at scale.
In this Accountant role, you will own cost accounting, reconciliation, and financial analysis across programs and departments. Key responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning; owning ERP integration and optimization with Workday; leveraging technology, automation, and AI to streamline financial processes; partnering with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights; leading high-impact financial projects and process improvements; and driving standardization and scalability across accounting and financial operations.
You should have a strong understanding of how financial systems connect and the ability to own reconciliation processes end-to-end, identifying gaps and determining optimal solutions. Experience with technology and automation—particularly AI—is important. Python experience is a plus but not required. ERP experience, especially with Protheus (TOTVS) and Workday integration, is preferred but not required.
