Salary: EUR 110,000 - 220,000 / annual

As an Account Partner, you will spearhead expansion by identifying, prospecting, and closing net-new business in untapped accounts. You will build your own pipeline and lead complex, strategic sales cycles from initial outreach through close. Your responsibilities include identifying and prospecting net-new business opportunities, developing and implementing account vision and strategy, serving as the custodian for customer needs, managing complex sales cycles with internal and external resources, staying current with industry trends, and meeting/exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets.
You will work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level executives, acting with urgency, integrity, and a customer-first focus. The role requires a hunter mentality with demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and outbound prospecting in accounts with no prior relationship.
Required qualifications include 5+ years selling SaaS products, proven new business acquisition experience, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and passion for solving customer business problems. A team-first mentality is essential. Experience selling directly into life sciences is a nice-to-have.
