As Account Manager, Workshop, you will own the post-sale relationship with mechanical and service workshops using PartlyRepair. You'll take the handoff from Sales and drive newly signed workshops to become weekly-active customers through onboarding, training, and integration into their daily workflows. This is a hands-on operator role requiring you to live in data, resolve customer issues to root cause, and represent workshop needs internally to Product and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include: owning the workshop relationship from signature through adoption and retention; driving weekly active usage and spotting expansion opportunities (additional users, sites, or higher-value propositions); resolving workshop issues end-to-end in collaboration with Support, Product, and Engineering; translating workshop feedback into product priorities; and tracking workshop health metrics and usage patterns across your customer book.
Partly offers a collaborative, office-first culture with quarterly all-hands "Season Openers" (travel and accommodation covered), relocation assistance if needed, catered lunches, $1,500 annual wellness allowance, 3 months paid parental leave for primary caregivers, flexible time-off policy, equity (ESOP with 4-year vesting, $0.01 strike price), and commuting support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer success or account management experience, ideally at a scaling B2B business, with proven ability to own post-sale relationships and drive adoption/retention
- Hands-on operator mindset: comfortable pulling data, living in CRM/dashboards, running account reviews, and resolving issues independently
- Strong communication skills across workshop owners, engineers, and senior leaders
- Proactive ownership mentality with comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Process and systems thinking: ability to identify manual/repetitive work and build repeatable processes
- Preferred: automotive or workshop domain knowledge (parts procurement, service workflows, workshop economics)
- Bonus: experience with marketplace, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS products where technical aspects drive customer experience
- Note: the posting explicitly welcomes strong generalists without all listed experience to apply.
