GetYourGuide is a travel experiences marketplace connecting millions of travelers with unique activities worldwide. You'll be a founding member of the new São Paulo office opening in January 2027, building and scaling partnerships across South America.
In this Account Manager role, you will own relationships with large, complex partner accounts—activity providers and tour operators across the region. Your core responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing accounts, focusing on larger, more complex partners.
• Identify and lead growth initiatives with top accounts, from idea generation through implementation, project management, success tracking, and reporting, collaborating cross-functionally as needed.
• Pitch and win defined opportunities such as bringing new activities online, increasing availability, and negotiating commission structures.
• Resolve technical, customer, and supplier issues independently, keeping cancellation rates low and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
• Review activity performance, share regular reports and insights, and proactively suggest improvements to drive partner success.
• Represent GetYourGuide at regional events and conferences, and conduct in-market visits with local partners.
You'll work in a hybrid model with three days in-office collaboration (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two optional work-from-home days. The role offers flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 30 days annually.
GetYourGuide provides annual personal growth budgets, mentorship programs, quarterly team events, access to AI tools, monthly transportation and fitness budgets, language reimbursement, health and wellness benefits, and employee discounts on travel experiences.
