As an Account Manager in the EMEA Growth team, you will drive growth and retention for Airwallex's SME customer base. You'll focus on identifying product utilization opportunities and providing day-to-day support to help customers succeed with the platform's three core pillars: Collect, Manage, and Spend (global bank accounts, company and employee cards, expense management, online payments, and billing).
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively generate new revenue opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns, discovery calls, and strategic growth marketing initiatives
- Ensure customers are utilizing the Airwallex platform effectively and identify at-risk accounts
- Drive product adoption across the full Airwallex suite through lifecycle marketing campaigns and co-created offers
- Serve as the primary customer advocate, representing their needs internally
- Leverage customer support interactions and product usage data to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations teams to resolve customer issues
You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy teams in a lean, data-driven environment. The role emphasizes upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in account management or CSM roles (preferably at fast-growing tech startups or fintech), fluent French and English, proven track record of driving customer loyalty and product adoption, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, bachelor's degree. Fintech background and experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, AI tools, Looker, and Outreach are preferred.
