Wealth.com is seeking an Account Manager to manage day-to-day relationships with Mid Market clients using their leading estate planning platform. The role sits at the center of client operations, serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts and ensuring successful onboarding, deployment, and adoption of the platform across client teams. Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding and user deployment, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and implement improvements, tracking workflows and client documentation, monitoring platform usage to identify engagement opportunities, and proactively escalating risks. You will support client meetings and quarterly business reviews with prepared materials and actionable insights, document processes to improve team efficiency, and act as a trusted advisor anticipating client needs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology environments. Prior experience managing relationships with institutional banks or large financial institutions is preferred, as is experience with estate planning. You should have a proven track record managing high-value or complex accounts, demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving, and deep understanding of financial services workflows and enterprise technology platforms. Required skills include strong organizational abilities, excellent communication (verbal and written), technical fluency with SaaS platforms, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. The role requires high emotional intelligence, attention to detail, a client-first mindset, and proactive problem-solving approach.
