You will join the Account Management team as an Enterprise Account Manager supporting the Investor Solution vertical. Reporting to the Senior Team Manager of Account Management for Investors, you will own a long-term account strategy focused on retention and expansion within the investor customer base.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies for investor fund clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with known funds, becoming a trusted alternative data expert in the investing space
- Consult with customers on best practices for Similarweb's insights and increase product adoption
- Drive renewal rates and identify upsell opportunities across Similarweb's investor product offerings
- Present to and influence senior management at client organizations
- Streamline client workflows to help drive measurable ROI
The role is hybrid based in New York, with emphasis on office collaboration while allowing partial remote work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience navigating renewals and upsells (SaaS or Alternative Data background preferred)
- Strong understanding of SaaS and the investor/alternative data space
- Demonstrated ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues
- Experience presenting to and interacting with senior management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Storytelling ability with data and passion for educating clients on analysis
- Interest in working with investor clients and communicating value to the investment community
