Salary: CAD 57,000 - 95,000 / annual
Lightspeed is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of golf course customers across North America. You'll drive product adoption, expand revenue within accounts, and ensure long-term customer success by working closely with golf course operators and club managers.
Key responsibilities include proactively reaching out to customers to increase product usage and adoption of Lightspeed Golf modules, identifying and mitigating churn risks, defining success criteria with customers, and serving as an escalation point for major accounts. You'll conduct regular portfolio reporting, maintain high CSAT/NPS scores, stay current on product updates, and act as the voice of the customer by flagging product requests to internal teams. Additional duties include providing best practices on POS and management systems, staying informed on golf industry trends, and contributing to team-wide initiatives to improve customer success processes.
You'll also conduct scope calls pre-sale to determine customer requirements and collaborate across Sales, Services, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Required qualifications: experience managing complete sales cycles with strong customer satisfaction focus, bilingual English/French (spoken and written) strongly preferred, experience with major corporations and SLA management, passion for the golf industry, consultative and analytical mindset, self-motivation, discipline, organization, and results-driven orientation. An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently are essential.
