Salary: USD 43,000 - 86,000 / annual
Lightspeed is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of golf course customers across North America. This is a relationship-driven role combining consultative selling, customer success, and golf industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of golf course customers to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Expand usage of Lightspeed Golf's modules and identify upsell opportunities
- Identify and mitigate churn risks; ensure successful adoption of new product launches
- Define success criteria with customers and serve as escalation point for major accounts
- Drive customer satisfaction through projects and initiatives; maintain high CSAT/NPS scores
- Identify reference accounts and marketing case study opportunities
- Conduct regular portfolio reporting and stay current on product updates and industry best practices
- Act as voice of customer, flagging product requests to internal teams
- Participate in team-wide initiatives and process improvements
- Provide best practices guidance on POS and management systems
- Conduct scope calls pre-sale to determine customer requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing complete sales cycles with emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Strong people skills and ability to understand unique business needs
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) strongly preferred
- Experience with major corporations and SLA management
- Passion for and knowledge of the golf industry
- Consultative, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, disciplined, organized, and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability
The role is based in Montreal, Quebec (preferred for bilingual candidates) but open to remote candidates within Canada and the US.
