Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 / annual

Sensor Tower (now part of Data.ai) is a leading digital intelligence platform providing market insights into mobile, web, and gaming ecosystems. The platform serves over 2,500 enterprises globally across tech, retail, entertainment, gaming, CPG, finance, and investment sectors. As Account Manager, Gaming, you will own the complete customer lifecycle for gaming accounts, with a focus on building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer renewals. This is a quota-carrying role where Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through upsells and renewals will be core performance metrics. Key responsibilities include: - Managing and growing NRR by driving renewals and upsells within your gaming customer portfolio - Conducting C-level strategic discussions to understand client use cases and align platform capabilities with their business objectives - Demonstrating measurable ROI through quarterly business reviews and competitive insights - Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and technical teams to communicate customer needs and manage feature request expectations - Identifying product penetration and expansion opportunities within managed accounts - Staying current with gaming industry trends and translating them into business impact You bring: - Proven SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, with demonstrated ability to both expand revenue and build trusted long-term relationships - Deep knowledge of mobile, PC, or console gaming ecosystems (expertise across all three is a plus) - Genuine passion for gaming, whether as an active player or through professional experience - Strong understanding of SaaS business models and digital ecosystem dynamics - Ability to translate complex data solutions into clear narratives for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders - Self-driven work ethic with proactive ownership of your portfolio; you anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they become tasks - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in small, fast-paced teams
