The platform provides market insights across mobile, web, and gaming for companies in tech, retail, entertainment, gaming, CPG, and finance. As Account Manager, Brands, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise brand customers, driving renewals, upsells, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximize value from Sensor Tower's market intelligence platform while identifying strategic expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities: - Manage contract renewals end-to-end: CTA management, quote creation, Salesforce tracking, order forms, forecasting, and signature tracking - Drive Net Revenue Retention through upsells and expansion within existing accounts - Mitigate renewal risk by partnering with Customer Support to identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular calls, meetings, and on-site visits - Develop comprehensive account plans identifying renewal risk, stakeholder changes, product adoption gaps, and expansion opportunities - Lead commercial negotiations with customers, procurement, and legal teams on pricing, contract structure, and multi-year agreements - Develop relationships with decision-makers across multiple teams and regions within accounts - Translate customer goals into relevant use cases and partner with internal specialists on demos and custom data requirements - Maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts with clear escalation plans for at-risk accounts - Hold regular commercial reviews with key stakeholders on budget plans and renewal timelines - Advocate for process improvements to increase operational efficiency in renewals management Requirements: - Must be willing to work from London office three days per week - Experience in SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Account Manager - Strong understanding of SaaS industry and digital ecosystem - Ability to identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities - Ability to present complex data solutions clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders - Self-starting attitude and entrepreneurial spirit - Attention to detail and ability to interpret industry trends into business impact - Experience managing complex SaaS renewals and expansions involving multiple stakeholders, products, or regions - Strong commercial judgment: defend value, handle pricing objections, balance customer needs with revenue goals - Confidence working with procurement and legal teams to move agreements to signature
