You will join the India-based Account Management team supporting US companies as a renewals-focused account manager. In this role, you are the CEO of your book of business, serving as the primary relationship owner for each customer. You will guide customers in optimizing Rippling's suite of back-office HR products and solutions, navigate complex customer issues and priorities, and lead initiatives to meet company objectives for customer adoption and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Navigate strategic renewal processes within a large book of business to increase retention and minimize churn
- Proactively engage customers via key lifecycle events: go-live, benefits renewal, executive business reviews, and contract renewal
- Ensure customers are utilizing and seeing value from current subscriptions across HR, IT, Finance, and global workforce management
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and partner with product account executives to co-sell new solutions
- Work with cross-functional product, support, and customer operations teams to ensure customer success and secure long-term commitments
- Take an entrepreneurial, proactive approach to maximizing Rippling adoption and influence the product roadmap
You will drive renewals and retention across one of Rippling's fastest-growing customer segments while actively scaling customer ARR through strategic account expansion. The role requires high autonomy—you will own your customer portfolio, make key decisions independently, and determine when to escalate to executives.

- Highly effective communicator with strong people instincts; ability to build trust and work well with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on mindset; eager to take on projects outside your comfort zone and learn quickly
- High level of autonomy and ownership; ability to make independent decisions on customer escalations, de-risking, and conflict resolution
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
- High integrity and enthusiasm for fast-paced, growing environments
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive improvements
