As an Account Manager, you will drive new license revenue growth in assigned accounts and territories while managing and expanding existing customer relationships. You will utilize solution-selling and ROI-driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions to executive buyers. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet annual targets, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract signing, overseeing proof-of-concept engagements with sales engineers, and maintaining disciplined forecasting in Salesforce.
You will work cross-functionally with sales engineers, analytical teams, marketing, product management, and internal stakeholders. You must be able to self-prospect to build qualified pipeline while collaborating with Business Development Representatives. You will present solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and construct financial business cases demonstrating ROI to prospects. Success requires acquiring deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies relevant to your accounts.
The role demands a self-driven, resilient individual who excels at executive-level communication and influence. You should be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, and committed to accountability—under-promising and over-delivering on commitments.
