As an Account Manager, you will own post-sales relationship management for an assigned territory of restaurant partners. This is a proactive, collaborative role focused on retention, growth, and strategic partnership development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to restaurant partners
- Understand partner business objectives and proactively identify solutions that drive mutual value
- Act as liaison between partners and internal teams (Product, Support, Engineering) to resolve issues promptly
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to advise partners effectively
- Maintain accurate, real-time communication logs in Salesforce
- Conduct periodic business reviews and hold partners accountable to growth targets
You bring 3+ years of client-facing experience in relationship management, operations, or support roles, ideally in hospitality, fintech, or SaaS. You are analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce or ServiceNow. Restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, as is startup environment familiarity.
