Decoda Health is seeking an Account Manager to own the post-sales relationship with clinic customers. You will be responsible for ensuring clinics derive increasing value from the Decoda platform over time.
Key responsibilities include:
**Adoption & Feature Enablement**: Help clinics discover and adopt Decoda features that matter to their business. You'll move beyond simply tracking feature activation to measuring real-world impact and business outcomes. When new features launch, you'll be the person who helps clinics understand their value, get excited about possibilities, and successfully implement them.
**Expansion & Revenue Growth**: Own growth across your clinic portfolio. As clinics gain value from Decoda, you'll identify expansion opportunities, promote new features and paid add-ons, and drive adoption of new products. You'll frame upsells as natural next steps aligned with clinic goals, not sales pitches.
**Relationship Building**: Become a trusted partner to clinic owners and their teams. You'll develop deep knowledge of how each clinic operates, what matters to them, and where they're headed. You'll celebrate wins, troubleshoot problems, and be someone they genuinely want to work with.
**Customer Advocacy**: Serve as the voice of customers inside Decoda. You'll synthesize what clinics love, what frustrates them, and what they need next. You'll bring these insights to Product and close the feedback loop so customers know they're being heard.
**Proactive Account Management**: Use product usage data and account metrics alongside your relationship knowledge to spot adoption slowdowns or at-risk accounts before they disengage. You'll intervene early to get accounts back on track.
**Business Impact Communication**: For key accounts, lead business reviews that connect Decoda usage to outcomes clinic owners care about: revenue growth, patient retention, reduced administrative burden, and team satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years in account management, customer success, or similar post-sales role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record owning retention, adoption, or expansion targets (not just ticket response)
- Comfort with selling; ability to identify opportunities, make a compelling case, and close deals without sounding like a pitch
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to discuss P&L credibly with business owners
- Comfort with data; ability to pull usage and account metrics and form informed perspectives
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication
- Healthcare, medical aesthetics, or wellness experience is a plus but not required
