Partly is building AI infrastructure for repair, starting with the automotive market. The company's flagship product, Interpreter, is an AI model trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts that reads repair jobs like an estimator, resolving damage into exact purchasable parts with 98.8% accuracy on production jobs. Partly recently closed a $50M Series B led by DST Global and is scaling across the US, UK, and Australasia. As Account Manager, Appraiser, you will own the customer relationship end-to-end for appraisers and claims organizations. You'll be the trusted daily contact for product users, working directly with Product and Engineering to resolve data, integration, and workflow issues. You'll convert pilots into full programs, identify expansion opportunities, and bring the voice of insurance claims workflows back to the product and business development teams. Partly is headquartered in Austin with offices in London, Christchurch, and Auckland. The company offers quarterly all-hands "Season Openers" with travel and accommodation covered, and relocation assistance if you're moving to join. REQUIREMENTS: - US auto claims or appraisal experience, ideally as an independent or staff appraiser, adjuster, or claims lead - Deep knowledge of the claims workflow from first notice of loss through repair or total loss, including estimating and parts decisions - Proven project ownership: you've run rollouts, pilots, or programs with clear outcomes and deadlines - Comfort with data: you track results yourself and can explain them to senior audiences - Ability to work credibly with technical teams: you can describe data or workflow problems precisely enough for engineers to act - Bonus: experience at an insurer-facing software company in customer success, implementation, or account roles The posting explicitly welcomes applications from candidates who don't have all listed skills but believe they could excel in the role.
