Verkada's integrated platform combines video security, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management with AI-powered capabilities deployed across 170+ countries. As an Account Executive for Mid-Market Territory, you will own the full sales cycle for a defined territory, responsible for sourcing and closing new business to meet or exceed quarterly quotas. Your responsibilities include prospecting for new customers, conducting online product demos, creating proposals, and closing deals. You'll maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting and aggressively pursue outbound activities including phone calls, emails, demos, and trials each quarter. You'll develop deep product knowledge and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with Channel Partners and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth customer launches and identify opportunities for product growth. You'll also provide valuable market and client feedback to Verkada's product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with demonstrated success. You should have highly effective communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the capacity to build and nurture relationships. You thrive in dynamic, competitive, fast-paced startup environments and are self-motivated with a drive to learn. Salesforce experience is a plus. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring five days per week onsite in Los Angeles. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Candidates must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.
