Intercom (now part of Salesforce) is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Mid-Market segment. Fin, Intercom's AI Agent product, is positioned as the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market, enabling businesses to deliver always-on customer support across service, sales, and ecommerce channels. The role combines Intercom's help desk with AI-powered customer issue resolution.
In this position, you will lead the growth and adoption of Intercom across the Mid-Market segment, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close using a consultative approach. Key responsibilities include evangelizing the product, creating tailored product demonstrations, providing accurate revenue forecasts, maintaining knowledge of evolving products and processes, engaging in team development and mentoring, representing the customer voice to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product), and contributing to global Enterprise business growth by pioneering best practices.
The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working policy requiring at least three days per week in the office. You will join a sales organization focused on putting customers at the core of the business, with strong emphasis on internal development and promotion opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive
- 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products
- Strong sales instincts and proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving organizations, managing both inbound and outbound opportunities across diverse industries and company sizes
- Demonstrated ability to close net new business in competitive landscapes
- Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition
- Business-level spoken French (minimum requirement)
