Salary: USD 250,000 - 370,000 / annual

As Account Executive for Platform Partnerships, you'll be a foundational member of our partnerships team, reporting directly to the Head of Platforms. This is a high-impact role where you'll help define our partnership motion, shape product strategy, and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and prospecting target platforms and marketplaces through outbound research and messaging
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deal closure using consultative selling techniques
- Negotiating and structuring platform partnership agreements in collaboration with legal and GTM leadership
- Working cross-functionally with product and engineering to ensure partners' technical requirements are met
- Developing and executing the GTM sales motion and establishing best practices for the sales journey
- Building deep expertise in Parafin's product suite and embedded fintech value proposition
You'll need 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in fintech) with a proven track record of closing complex deals. You should have experience selling to platforms and marketplaces, understand SaaS and marketplace business models, and be comfortable with data analysis and presentation. Technical savvy is essential—you'll partner closely with engineering teams. You thrive in ambiguous environments, operate scrappily, and are driven by the mission to help small businesses succeed.
Preferred qualifications include fintech experience, startup background, creative problem-solving, and comfort with self-directed prospecting and pipeline building.
Compensation: $250-370K OTE with uncapped total compensation potential. Equity grant included. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, work-from-home flexibility, unlimited PTO, commuter benefits, free lunches, paid parental leave, 401(k), and EAP.
