The company emphasizes office-first culture (4+ days/week in Auckland office) with flexibility and high trust. Quarterly "Season Openers" bring the full team together (travel and accommodation covered). Relocation support is available. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–4+ years as a top-performing SDR or AE in B2B SaaS - Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools (Apollo, Surfe, etc.) - Resilience and proactivity; comfort with phone and field work - Process discipline: manage high-velocity pipelines without losing detail - Credible communication: confident with senior operators, excellent written communication, calm objection handling - Technical curiosity: ability to learn repairer workflows (BMS, invoicing) and translate into implementation steps - Growth mindset: record calls, seek feedback, iterate daily - Ownership: proactive, resourceful, accountable for outcomes - Collision/parts domain knowledge preferred but not required Note: The posting explicitly welcomes applications from those who don't have all listed skills but believe they could excel in the role.
