Stacks is an AI-native platform reinventing how modern finance teams execute the monthly close. The company has grown from 2 to 30+ people in two years, raised $23M Series A from Lightspeed Venture Partners, and is trusted by leading European scale-ups including Pleo, Freetrade, and Motorway. The founding team includes finance, product, and technical experts from Uber, Plaid, Miro, Mollie, and Bunq.
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle for North America expansion, reporting to the VP of Sales. Your responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying mid-market and enterprise finance teams (Controllers, VPs of Finance, CFOs), conducting consultative discovery around monthly close pain points, mapping Stacks solutions to displace legacy vendors, navigating complex buying processes, and closing six-figure to seven-figure deals. You'll develop deep product mastery of the close management workflow and act as a quarterback across Product, Security, Legal, and Customer Success to support deal progression and customer activation.
You'll also shape Stacks' enterprise GTM motion, build field playbooks, and expand relationships across European finance teams as the company scales. This is a foundational role where you'll work directly with founders and a high-agency team in a category-defining company.
Required: 4–10 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS enterprise sales experience at high-growth startups or scale-ups, with proven success selling complex B2B solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers. Finance SaaS selling experience is essential—you should have sold into the Office of the CFO, ideally in financial reporting, planning, ERP, or close automation. You must demonstrate flawless sales execution (prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing), strong product acumen, entrepreneurial energy, and a consistent track record of exceeding quota in high-performance environments. Territory-building experience from scratch is valued.
