You will join the Emerging Businesses (ESB) segment as an Account Executive focused on new logo acquisition in the North America region (NAMER). This role combines high-velocity sales execution with strategic deal management. You will own the complete sales cycle from initial discovery and product demos through contract signature, working exclusively with qualified prospects generated by the SDR and marketing teams—no prospecting required. Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining a high-value prospect pipeline in Salesforce and forecasting revenue accurately - Owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close - Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly quota targets (the ESB team is known for overachievement) - Becoming a product expert across Rippling's entire platform and competitive landscape - Collaborating with the CSM and Implementation teams to ensure smooth customer transitions You will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment where AEs close high deal volumes monthly. The role requires working EST/EDT hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) and is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Bangalore office. Requirements: - 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience - Bachelor's degree (required) - Experience carrying a $720,000+ annual quota - Demonstrated success in top 10% of previous sales organization - Comfort with monthly quota cycles - Preferred: experience selling HRIS/HCM software or security-related products - Fluency in English required
