As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will own your complete sales cycle targeting law firms in the Mid-Atlantic region. Your primary responsibilities include prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities, meeting prospects in person to build relationships and demonstrate Supio's platform value, and attending industry conferences and trade shows to connect with law firm decision-makers. You will maintain accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline transparency and forecasting precision, while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and gather client feedback.
You should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with CRM and sales tools are essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. A demonstrated passion for AI's potential to revolutionize knowledge work and genuine interest in helping lawyers work more efficiently is important. Personal injury industry experience and prior startup experience are strongly preferred but not required.
Compensation includes a competitive salary of $200,000–$250,000 OTE, meaningful equity, 401(k), comprehensive health/dental/vision/life insurance, flexible time off, and a high-autonomy work environment.
