Huntress is a fully remote, global cybersecurity company founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators. The company protects 5M+ endpoints and 14M+ identities worldwide with enterprise-grade, managed cybersecurity products at affordable SaaS pricing. Huntress differentiates through its One Team advantage: technology designed alongside its industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC).
You will join the sales team as an Account Executive I focused on Service Provider/MSP partnerships in the Nordics region. This is a quota-carrying role reporting to the Manager of Service Provider Sales. You will own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through closing, partnering with Sales Development Representatives on prospecting, and collaborating with technical, account management, and product teams to scope solutions and ensure seamless client transitions.
Huntress employs a value-based, solution-oriented sales approach. Rather than pushing end-of-quarter deals or aggressive negotiation tactics, the company believes that if the product is right for the prospect, they will buy it. You will act as a trusted advisor and industry expert, educating partners on Huntress offerings and positioning solutions to their specific needs.
Key responsibilities include meeting quarterly revenue targets by qualifying and closing net-new MSP opportunities; sourcing and positioning Huntress offerings creatively; staying current on competitor offerings and vulnerabilities; translating client feedback into actionable strategies; collaborating across functional teams; and maintaining accurate CRM records.
You bring 2+ years of demonstrated success in strategic sales and 2+ years of full-cycle software/technology sales experience. Critical requirement: proven experience selling into the Nordics region. You have a strong track record driving revenue and creating new business with a customer-centered approach. You are comfortable with CRM systems, work well independently, possess strong presentation and active listening skills, and thrive in collaborative team environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity sales is helpful but not required. You are willing to travel up to 10% for events and customer meetings.
