They partner with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems. As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Toronto, you will drive Mistral's adoption among large enterprise customers, with particular focus on financial institutions and regulated enterprises across Canada. Work closely with implementation and technical teams to address customer questions throughout pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases. • Empower internal teams with customer insights to inform product roadmap and strategic priorities. You will work in a distributed, collaborative environment across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, with a team described as creative, low-ego, and team-spirited. REQUIREMENTS: • 7–10 years of enterprise sales or consultative selling experience, ideally with highly complex, technical products • Deep understanding of Canadian market dynamics and enterprise landscape, with strong knowledge of financial services (banking, insurance, asset management) • Proven experience selling into financial institutions and other large regulated enterprises • Consultative selling expertise with complex, technical products • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field • Significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field • Experience at a successful, fast-growing startup, ideally in deep-tech • Strong technical skills to navigate rapidly evolving products and lead technical discussions • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills to build relationships and close deals
