Figma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth with large enterprise customers in the Tokyo region. You will own a pipeline of enterprise accounts (5000+ FTEs), targeting and building relationships with C-level decision-makers to understand complex business needs and deliver solutions across Figma's product suite.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing an enterprise account pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Applying discovery and value-selling techniques to build relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing customers
- Aligning with executives on business challenges and securing sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
- Conducting strategic account planning to identify expansion opportunities and multi-thread at executive levels
- Managing a book of business through account tiering and contraction-prevention techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners (product, customer success, marketing) to position Figma and advance deals
- Leveraging in-person meetings and networking to strengthen executive relationships
Required qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience closing enterprise SaaS deals (5000+ FTE customers) with executive buyers
- Consistent track record meeting pipeline generation targets for new business
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles (6+ months)
- Established sales methodology that creates customer value
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience selling to technical audiences (engineering, product, design teams) at strategic levels
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, changing environments
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
