Salary: USD 116,000 - 174,000 / annual

Braze is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and pursue new strategic clients in the financial services sector. You will build deep relationships with C-suite executives at top-tier brands, understanding their organizational complexities and business challenges. In this role, you will identify and pursue net-new strategic accounts through targeted prospecting and outbound efforts. You'll implement a consultative sales approach to understand priority business challenges and take a value-based approach to solution selling. Your responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with high-profile accounts, driving account expansion using market insights, and educating clients on industry trends to position Braze as a trusted partner. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless client experience and utilize Salesforce.com, Clari, and other CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of strategic SaaS sales experience focused on large enterprise clients. You should have a strong background in complex solution selling, Value Selling, and Business Value Assessments. You must demonstrate proven ability to source and prospect new accounts through effective outbound strategies, with outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills for articulating complex concepts. Required qualifications include quick adaptability to new cloud applications and tools (Salesforce.com or similar CRMs), strong networking skills to navigate large organizations and identify key decision-makers, and up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile space. Willingness to travel as needed is expected.
