You will join the Sales team as an Account Executive focused on new business and account expansion in the enterprise segment. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll manage the entire customer journey from prospecting through ongoing account development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline through systematic prospecting and opportunity development
- Leading discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and expansion discussions with senior HR and people leaders
- Running consultative sales processes that help customers understand challenges, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions
- Navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Closing new business and expanding existing accounts to meet individual and team targets
- Collaborating with SDRs, People Scientists, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Coaches, and Sales Enablement partners
- Setting clear expectations for new customers and ensuring smooth onboarding
- Staying current with sales initiatives, tools, and best practices
- Contributing knowledge and effective approaches to the broader Sales team
You'll work in a hybrid model, with an expectation to be in the Austin office approximately 2 days per week to build connection and culture.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales with a consistent track record of success
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, close, and account growth
- Demonstrated success building your own pipeline and securing opportunities from the top of the funnel
- Experience selling SaaS, subscription software, people technology, or other complex solutions (preferred)
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to uncover customer needs through thoughtful discovery
- Confidence engaging senior HR stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder conversations
- Ability to lead structured, collaborative sales processes through longer, complex buying journeys
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and focus on achieving individual and team goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present compelling customer-focused narratives
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Curiosity about people, culture, and organizational development
