Salary: USD 270,000 - 340,000 / annual

Brellium is an AI-powered healthcare platform that helps providers deliver safer, higher-quality care by identifying and mitigating clinical and compliance risks in real time. The company serves over 250,000 providers across all 50 states and is backed by First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures (Series A, $30M+ funding). As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for healthcare clinic groups, from initial discovery through close and handoff. You'll work with a largely untapped market where demand is genuine and the product solves a critical pain point in healthcare operations. Key responsibilities: - Manage a full sales pipeline combining inbound leads from interested clinics with proactive prospecting into new enterprise accounts - Conduct discovery calls with CEOs and COOs of clinic groups to uncover compliance, documentation, and operational pain points - Move deals through a 6–8 week sales cycle with momentum, advancing stakeholders and preventing stalls - Deliver tailored product demos that connect Brellium's capabilities to specific client workflows and compliance challenges - Maintain a clean CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and flag risks early - Close new business and ensure smooth handoffs to the customer success team - Bring field intelligence back to the product and go-to-market teams, including objections, priorities, and language from healthcare operators You'll work in a hybrid environment (4 days onsite in NYC, 3 if located >1 hour away) and travel occasionally (1–2 times per quarter). REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of relevant sales experience - Ability to translate technical product value into business terms for clinical and C-suite buyers - Skilled at structured discovery: diagnosing pain, qualifying budget and authority, mapping decision processes - Comfortable with ambiguity; able to build talk tracks and outbound approaches for new verticals or personas - Responsive to coaching; feedback applied within the week - Ability to travel occasionally (1–2× per quarter) BONUS: - Prior experience selling into healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance-adjacent sectors - Startup experience at Series A–B stage, especially building or refining sales motions - Experience selling to multi-location or multi-site organizations with complex buying committees - Familiarity with insurance reimbursement, clinical documentation, or audit and compliance workflows
