Jumio is a B2B technology company specializing in online identity verification, eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions. The company uses AI, biometrics, machine learning, and liveness detection to help enterprises combat identity fraud and financial crimes across industries including Financial Services, Travel, Sharing Economy, Fintech, and Gaming. As an Account Executive in EMEA, you will be a key driver of Jumio's growth, responsible for identifying and closing new enterprise customer opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building through negotiation and contract closure—with a focus on new logo acquisition and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver against new business sales targets, revenue goals, and new customer acquisition metrics - Identify and develop opportunities with strong pipeline management through deal completion - Conduct market mapping and research to understand prospect business needs and build relationships with target customers - Articulate Jumio's offerings, competitive positioning, pricing, and proposal models - Close deals and capture market share from competitors - Develop contacts through calls, emails, meetings, and industry conferences - Conduct discovery to deliver effective solution presentations - Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM to support pipeline development - Build lasting relationships with clients to secure referrals and testimonials - Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure outstanding customer experience Requirements: - Proven track record of building relationships at C-Level within enterprise accounts - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas of £1.5M–2M+ per year - Professional experience selling value-add software solutions to new customers - Multiple years of selling into the Gambling/iGaming industry - Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, fintech, digital identity, AML/KYC, fraud, compliance, or risk) preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong prospecting and client prioritization skills - Proven negotiation and closing abilities - Forecasting, financial planning, and strategic thinking skills - Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Nice-to-Have: - Established network in relevant industries and enterprise accounts - Competitor product awareness and insight - Degree-educated (preferred but not essential) - Experience managing deal sizes from £30,000 to £3M+ - Comfort with sales cycles of 3–9 months - Experience with reseller/system integration channels in cybersecurity or identity management - Fluency in English (required); additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, French, etc.) valued
