Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 / annual
Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company serving education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries. As an Enterprise Account Executive on the Education team, you will partner with colleges and universities across the United States to solve complex financial and operational challenges, from improving student payment experiences to modernizing institutional financial technology ecosystems.
You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, working directly with senior leaders at respected institutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to pipeline generation and lead generation efforts, clearly articulating the value proposition to create excitement among prospects, and achieving established monthly and quarterly revenue quotas. You will partner with internal stakeholders across product, technical, operations, and marketing teams to project manage solution delivery and implementation. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns, market research, and building a metrics-driven sales pipeline of new accounts across the Americas. The role requires up to 35% travel.

REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree (required)
- 5+ years of full sales cycle experience; SaaS-based solutions background preferred
- Strong judgment, high emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proactive self-starter capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative in fast-paced environments
- Experience in consultative sales with ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrate products remotely, and meet specific customer needs with effective solutions
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Up to 35% travel required
